The 19th edition of the Rossini Opera Festival will be held in Pesaro from 9^th August throughout 23^rd  August 2008. The program includes Ermione (Roberto Abbado, conductor - Daniele Abbado  director); L’equivoco stravagante (Umberto Benedetti Michelangeli, conductor - Emilio Sagi director); Maometto II (Gustav Kuhn, conductor - Michael Hampe, director); Il viaggio a Reims (Dennis Vlasenko, conductor - Emilio Sagi, director). In addition to the performances of the operas the program also includes concerts with incidental music, sacred music and recitals.

Casa Ricordi cooperates with the Rossini Foundation in the publication of all the works in critical edition performed during the Festival.
